LIVE FROM EUROPE!!!!

Once again we're back in our home away from home, Brussels Belgium! Last night we went to our homies' DJ PSAR & DJ SEPTIK's alll reggae/soca party called SLOWBOUNCE! It was jam packulous ramulous couldn't move sardine can hotter than a monkey's ass in that bitch! But we had lots of fun :)

2nite our tour REALLY starts with DA REAL DEAL party alongside the whole MP FAMILY (Psar, Septik, DJ Man, Dave Jame and the rest) and it's our homegirl Marie-France's birthday party. Gonna be nutzoooo!

Tomorrow we're at LE SOFFA in Nancy France, Sunday we're at NETWORK in Lille France, Tuesday we're at JAMROCK in Amsterdam w/ the homie WAXFIEND, Wednesday we hit up BLOW back here in Brussels, and Thursday BOUNCEFX in Prague!

In between we're doing interviews and guest sets on a few radio shows. Will get the recordings if I can and post them on the podcast page 4KRADiO.com

EUROPE?? AGAIN????

Soooooo yeahhh...we're headed back to Europe today on yet another EXCELLENT EUROPEAN ADVENTURE! This time we'll be stopping off in Belgium (of course...our home away from home aka the centre of Europe, and the home of our dude DJ PSAR) as well as 2 cities in France (Nancy & Lille), Amsterdam in Holland and Prague in the Czech Republic (super stoked about Prague...been there, never played there).

I'm gonna try to blog more and be easy on the Blackberry...in December my phone bill was hell ridiculiiiii! BUt regardless, you'll see tons of pics when I get back! We're gone til Mar 6 so don't miss us too much! Although I'll def miss all of you...some more than others....u know who u are ;)

We all know that I suck at frequently blogging, so let's not even bother bringing it up. It is what it is. Consider this a "Catch Up" post :)


Soooo it's been yet another busy week. Played some tunes, drank some liquids, yadda yadda yadda lol. TRYST was dope last week as I spun along side the homie JED*I for the 1st time in ages. The week before we did a show at CHEVAL with our dude DJ UNDERCOVER which is always fun. We hit up OPUS in Calgary this past Sunday and I lost my shirt again lol, POP CHAMPAGNE! Ohhh the life. Strange but true!

This weekend is ram jam with events. Last night we played the Raptors/Cavs game (Shawn Marion Raptors debut!) then we spun a fashion show & afterparty at Reign. Coming up is as follows:

Hey all,

Sooooo most blogs are probably talking about the Grammys today, and rightfully so. Some big ISH went down! Howevz, I'm pretty much always on a different page than most, so today I'm gonna share a recent experience of mine with you.

I've always been one to take care of myself. I try to eat healthy, don't smoke...much (except when in Vancouver or Amsterdam lol), stay well groomed and I'm about to join yet another gym (and I'm gonna stick with it this time...for realzzzz!). I take good care of my hands, aka my money makers, with fairly regular manicures, but I've never had a pedicure...until now.

A special spank you goes out to my awesome friend Annie who not only convinced me, but also took me to the spot. People, I gave it a try and I gotta say it...I'M HOOKED!!!! Once a month from now on! Was so dope and soooo NOT girly! The experience was super relaxing (they even had massage chairs) and my feet have never felt so good! It's like stepping into a fresh new pair of Jordans...but with a lil asian lady rubbing between your toes!

Fellas, don't be scurred. Pedicures receive the Official Kap'n Kirk Stamp of Approval! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

*WARNING: It becomes girly when u accept the offer of nail polish! Even if it's clear...DECLINE like I did and you're all good!

GOING OUT MAGAZINE - Paris, France

GREAT NEWS!!!!

I got my wireless internet stick working (thx to Sharif @ Rogers tech support....good looking out Sharif!) and now I'm officially connected anywhere in Canada! SCORE!

Secondly, on our last European tour we did an interview for a clubbing magazine in France called GOING OUT MAGAZINE Welllll the issue is out now & they put a pic of us on the cover :) Ok, so it's a little pic, but dude seriously...it's one thing to reach for the stars, but it's a totally awesome feeling when you actually get to taste the fruits of your labor. Feeling pretty proud of us right now...wow. They've featured interviews with cats like David Guetta, Moby, Justice, Satoshii Tomie, Laidback Luke, Carl Cox, Armin Van Buuren...and the list goes on. WELL RESPECTED names on the international club circuit. And now 4KORNERS. YAY US!

It's actually a story on how electronic music has been fused into alot of R&B / Hip Hop over the last few years, citing artists like Wil.i.am, Kanye West, Pharrell etc. as catalysts and they asked our opinion on the subject. DOPE!

Aaaaaanyway, the mag is distributed all over France & Belgium, so clearly most of you won't see it around. BUT, thx to the wonderful world of tech, it's online now! Like to read it? Here it go!

Hey people,

Just stopping in to say wuddup and let u know that I'm alive and well. As recently bought the Rogers Mobile Internet Stick, but am having trouble getting it to work with my Mac laptops (PC is so 2005 lol)...then again, I'm having issues so maybe I'm wrong :p Regardless, I'll get it poppin soon enough. Til then you'll hear from me whenever I get a chance to write b/w my clearly ridiculous schedule & my turmultuous personal life...and when i can pick up a wireless connection :) I'll be back on track soon.

However, the show must go on! Tonight is the debut of our brand spankin new Sunday night residency at LOBBY! I spin there on Wednesdays from time to time, dope lil upscale spot in the Yorkville area of Toronto. All of the bottle service booths sold out fassst which is usually a good indication that it's gonna be a great party. Plus, Lobby is basically ALL BOOTHS so ya, it'll be jammed.

The rest of the 4KORNERS week looks like this:

Then we start it allll over again. Will also be hitting Calgary in a couple weeks, then back to Europe (Belgium, France, Holland & Czech Republic) in late Feb / early March. Doing 6-8 performances a week can take it's toll, but I'm not complaining one bit. Just working hard to get where we want to go, sky's the limit. Don't worry, I have been taking the time to smell the roses... they're pretty sweet at times.

I'm rambling now, so on that note... i'm outttt!
